Level 1 Service - From £25

Basic Safety Check

If you haven't used your bike for a while then the level 1 service will inspect your bike, adjust brakes and gears and advise if further work is required with a free quote.

If you have just bought a new or second hand bike and it didn't come with a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) then look no further, we can provide you with a safety report with this service.

Level 2 Service - From £45

Basic Service

The basic service features the addition of new inner cables and a more comprehensive tune up than the level 1. The ideal check up service in between big rides.

  • New Inner Brake Cables (excl straddle wire on Cantilever)

  • Adjust brakes

  • New Inner Gear Cables

  • Adjust Gears

  • Inflate tyres to recommended pressure

  • Adjustment of BB Bearings (non-sealed units only)

  • Lubricate chain

  • Wheel bearings adjust (non-sealed only)

Level 3 Service - From £75

Intermediate Service

Our most popular service package. A light clean of frame and forks, drivetrain clean and re-lube on bike and the addition of new inner and outer cables. Perfect for a mid season refresh.

Major Service

This is a full strip down and re-build to get your bike fully refreshed and operating as new. Including our Velo Valet clean and polish, this is the ultimate pamper session for your bike.

  • Complete strip down and re-build

  • Free Velo Valet - clean and polish of your bike

  • Drive train removed from bike and deep machine cleaned

  • Brakes bled (hydraulic only)

  • New inner brake cables (excl straddle wire on Cantilever)

  • New outer brake cable (drop bar bikes additional cost)

  • Free fitting of new brake pads (not including pad cost)

  • Adjust brakes

  • New Inner Gear Cables

  • New outer gear cables (drop bar bikes additional cost)

  • Adjust Gears

  • Rear mech stripped, cleaned, lubed and re-built

  • Rear Cassette removed, cleaned and freehub body cleaned

  • Inflate tyres to recommended pressure
